**Smoke alarm activated and alerted the monitoring company. Alarm monitoring company notified CFD. **
Incident Synopsis
Just before 12:30 pm Wednesday afternoon FF’s responded to a report of a house fire @ 3132 Barnhill Drive after being notified by the resident’s Alarm Monitoring Company. It took twenty-six FF’s just under fifteen minutes to control this blaze which was confined to the second floor of this home where the fire is believed to have started. The cause of blaze has been determined to be accidental & electrical in nature. It caused an estimated $10,000 in damages and there were no injuries to report. Two adults were displaced, but they were able to procure temporary shelter without assistance.
