Incident Synopsis
Just after 1 pm Thursday afternoon FF’s responded to a report of a house fire @ 2921 Sheets Circle. It took FF’s just over 10 minutes to control this blaze, but caused considerable damage estimated at $20,000. The cause of blaze has been determined to be accidental & electrical in nature. There were no injuries to report. One adult was displaced.

Incident Synopsis
Just after 3 pm Thursday afternoon FF’s responded to a report of a kitchen fire @ The Parthenon Café, 3718 Central Ave. Upon their arrival, FF’s reported heavy smoke conditions and declared a working fire. It only took FF’s about 10 minutes to control this blaze, but the blaze caused considerable damage estimated at $60,000. The cause of blaze has been determined to be accidental & and was attributed to a grease fire which started in the kitchen. The damage was significant enough to close the business until further notice. There were no injuries to report.
